National Institute of Siddha is recognized by The T.N.Dr.M.G.R Medical University, Chennai for conducting Ph.D programme in Eight branches of Siddha specialty. Some of the faculty members are recognized as guide for Ph.D programme. Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India has sanctioned 16 research fellowship (i. e two for each department) with monthly stipend. Instructions for Online Application
- Read the prospectus carefully before proceeding to online application portal
- Download the prescribed application format from NIS official website
- Take print out of prescribed application and fill the form by handwritten preferably with back pen
- Affix your passport size photo in the prescribed area
- Put your signature with date in the prescribed area
- Click here to Pay the prescribed fee by scanning the QR Code according to your Category (Rs. 2000/- for General and OBC & Rs. 1500/- for SC/ST/PWD)
- Please write the Transaction details like UTR number, Amount, Payment method (GPay, PhonePe, etc) in the prescribed area provided in application form
- Scan the filled in application form along with your list enclosures needed including screenshot of payment made as ONE PDF file and upload in the online application portal
